Nexeo is looking for a KYC Corporate Advisor – Brussels Join our team and support a major financial institution in strengthening its compliance operations. About the Role: As a KYC Corporate Advisor, you will act as a key liaison between clients, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of KYC activities within the Corporate Coverage division (Public Institutions, Financial Institutions, and Real Estate). Your Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all KYC-related queries from both clients and relationship managers Ensure day-to-day operational support and maintain control over KYC processes Coordinate KYC activities across various internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion Guarantee business continuity and a high level of client satisfaction Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree At least 1 year of relevant experience in KYC operations Prior experience in corporate or institutional banking is a strong asset Proficiency in MS Office tools and general familiarity with IT platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English Soft Skills: Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-focused Able to work independently and manage priorities Stress-resistant, adaptable, and solution-oriented Attention to detail and quality-driven Work Location & Flexibility: Location: Brussels Hybrid work model: 50% remote after initial training period Why Join Nexeo?
