Je identificeert en analyseert business requirements en vertaalt deze naar concrete digitale verbeteringen voor bestaande platformen en toepassingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de roadmap, de prioriteitenlijst (backlog) en het garanderen van stabiele, waardevolle digitale producten binnen je domein. Bekijk deze rol als die van een IT Product Owner, maar met een resem aan producten in scope.Je werkt intensief samen met business stakeholders, IT-teams en externe partners en staat in voor duidelijke communicatie, documentatie, opleidingen en een vlotte uitrol van nieuwe releases. Als Platform Solution Owner stuur je verandering aan en ruimte voor optimalisatie blijft niet onbenut.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Identificeren en analyseren van de behoeften van interne en externe klanten en vertalen naar IT-features die waarde creërenPrioriteren en onderhouden van de backlog, bewaken van roadmaps en uitvoeren van initiatieven die passen binnen de strategische doelstellingenBegeleiden van implementaties van nieuwe applicatiesMonitoren van data, analyseren en bijsturen om performantie te verbeterenOpzetten en verzorgen van documentatie, opleidingen en handleidingen voor end usersActief feedback verzamelen, optimalisatiepunten detecteren en vertalen naar concrete actiesBewaken van budgetten voor small-scale projecten binnen je domein en stellen van prioriteiten voor maximale impact💰 HET AANBODIn deze positie, kan je rekenen op:Een uitdagende functie met voelbare impact op de digitalisering van cruciale bedrijfsprocessen in een sterk groeiend bedrijfEen aantrekkelijk loonpakket met extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques, verzekeringen, flexibele mobiliteitsopties)Minstens 27 wettelijke verlofdagen, aangevuld met extralegale vakantiedagen en glijtijdInteressante thuiswerkregeling tot vier dagen per weekEen organisatie die inzet op persoonlijke groei, opleiding en interne mobiliteitEen werkomgeving waar samenwerking, ondernemerschap en innovatie centraal staan.🫵 JIJJouw skills en ervaring:Aantoonbare ervaring als Platform of Product Owner of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een agile ontwikkelomgevingAffiniteit met zowel business/functionele analyse als een solide technische basisGoede kennis van softwareontwikkeling, processen en concepten binnen ITErvaring met Agile en Scrum methodologieën; kennis van SAFe is een pluspuntBekendheid met tools zoals Jira en ConfluenceVlotte communicator in het Nederlands, Engels én FransJe weet collega’s te verbinden, stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering en denkt creatief mee over wendbare oplossingenVRAGEN?
