En tant que Manager Infrastructure & Ticketing Security, vous travaillez au sein de la Business Unit Customer eXperience (BUX). Vous rapportez à l'Operations Manager. Votre mission principale est d'assumer la responsabilité des équipes d'agents ITS et de mettre en œuvre la gestion des processus de manière optimale, afin de garantir aux clients de la STIB une expérience de transport réussie.
- Accompagnement Clients
Être responsable des équipes ITS et des missions qui leur sont confiées. Développer les nécessaires synergies avec les différents départements et entités de la division Operations. S'assurer du respect des engagements de service liés au contenu des SLA. Être responsable de la satisfaction des clients dans le cadre de la stratégie BUX et de son cadre budgétaire. Élaborer les procédures permettant un travail optimal sur le terrain et organiser et assurer la responsabilité des événements en temps réel qui se dérouleront sur le réseau. Assumer la responsabilité de la certification qualité CEN en matière de critères liés à la lutte contre la fraude et l'attitude des agents. - Gestion du Personnel
Gérer, contrôler et coacher le personnel dont vous avez la charge, développer un esprit d'implication proactive et une motivation optimale. Prendre toute mesure permettant de limiter l'absentéisme de nature à accroître la productivité. Détecter les besoins de formation de l'équipe et mettre en place des entretiens de fonctionnement réguliers. Analyser les accidents de travail, vérifier l'organisation du travail, assurer la communication et les relations avec les représentants des organisations syndicales locales afin de maintenir un dialogue constructif au sein de votre département. - Coordination Transversale et Représentation
Coopération permanente au niveau tactique et opérationnel, auprès de vos pairs, au sein du middle management BUX et auprès des collègues d'autres entités de la division Operations. Représenter la BUX dans des groupes de travail et remplacer, par délégation planifiée, votre n+1 en cas d'absence. - Stratégie et Gouvernance
Participer au développement de l'unité BUX veiller au bon respect des indicateurs de performance qualité et des indicateurs financiers pour son département.

Enseignement d'un niveau bachelor ou équivalent par expérience pertinente dans le domaine. 10 années d'expérience minimum dans des opérations dont 5 années en tant qu'encadrant (manager). Excellente connaissance du français et du néerlandais. Accréditation SPF Intérieur Cadre dirigeant au regard de la loi du 10 avril 1990 ou s'engage à la passer après prise de possession du poste avec obligation de le réussir. Connaissance de l'organisation de l'entreprise, maîtrise du cadre législatif du domaine de la sécurité, connaissances en matière de gestion, au niveau RH et au niveau administratif. Capacité de rédaction, d'analyse et de synthèse. Vision intégrée de la sécurité, notamment en terme de prévention, orientation clients. Flexibilité (rôle de garde).
