Position: Project Manager Cash Management Operations

Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Project Manager for Cash Management Operations. If you have solid experience in project management, a deep understanding of payment operations and associated architecture, this opportunity might be of interest to you. DynaFin Consulting is recruiting its future Project Manager consultant to join its team of experts and meet the growing demand in this field.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project management and structuring; demonstrate leadership in organizing initiative committees.
  • Define expectations by interacting with key stakeholders, capturing their ideas, and evaluating them against operational and technical constraints.
  • Manage expectations and concerns by asking questions to clarify priorities and potential issues.
  • Assist in defining tasks to be executed by third parties, and follow them up.
  • Ensure communication with stakeholders and managers for effective project advancement.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops/meetings to capture essential information.
  • Be responsible for documenting business processes and IT impacts.
  • Perform data analysis to validate business needs and reinforce decision-making.
  • Create the main deliverables of various projects.
Your Profile:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager.
  • The candidate must possess strong language skills in French and English, with a preferable knowledge of Dutch.
  • Experience in payment operations and associated architecture.
  • Experience in BPM/process optimization.
  • Understanding of the daily aspects of TFLM and ALMT teams.
  • Knowledge of the cash management sector, focusing on payments and receipts, investigations, ISO20022.
  • Understanding of the main clearing and settlement systems and functionalities.
  • Ability to define business requirements.
  • Experience in designing and improving end-to-end processes.
  • Experience in implementing payment or operational model transformation projects.
  • The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a diplomatic and customer-oriented approach, developed commercial awareness, team collaboration ability, motivation skills, structured approach, and goal orientation.
