RequirementsMaster’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems;Experience with large projects or programmes;Experience in Agile as well as agile toolbox (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).Excellent Knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;Good Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework;Good knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks, of Infrastructure as code, and of enterprise architecture frameworks;Experience working in a public sector environment, in particular EU Institutions would be an asset;Following certifications would be considered an asset: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Or Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI, Prince2 Foundation, PM2;Excellent command of the English language.
