Fujitsu is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international project supporting an EU Institution and contributing to the digital transformation of European public services.
The role focuses on business requirements, process analysis, solution design, stakeholder management and Agile delivery, working closely with business and technical teams.
What you’ll do
▪ Elicit, analyse, validate and document business and functional requirements
▪ Analyse and model business processes and workflows
▪ Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities
▪ Translate business needs into clear solution options and specifications
▪ Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
▪ Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability
▪ Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
▪ Participate in Agile ceremonies and project coordination activities
▪ Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
▪ Contribute to KPI monitoring, reporting and data analysis
▪ Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes and status reports
What we're looking for
Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in requirements engineering and business analysis
Experience with business process analysis and modelling
Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and specifications
Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
Hands-on experience with UAT and acceptance criteria
Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to analyse complex business needs and propose practical solutions
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
Mandatory Certification
At least ONE of the following certifications xirbnpk is mandatory:
- CCBA – Certification of Competency in Business Analysis
- CBAP – Certified Business Analysis Professional
- IIBA-AAC – Agile Analysis Certification
- PMI-PBA – Professional in Business Analysis
- CAP – Certified Analytics Professional
- CBATL – Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader
- CBPP – Certified Business Process Professional
- CFLBA – Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst
- IREB CPRE – Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering
