Onze klant is een toonaangevend en innovatief bedrijf gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen van softwareoplossingen. Om de groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Software Solution Trainer die nieuwe en bestaande klanten begeleidt bij het gebruik van de oplossingen. Jouw rol als Software Solution Trainer: Als Software Solution Trainer speel je een sleutelrol in de klanttevredenheid. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten vlot leren werken met de software en dat ze zich goed ondersteund voelen, vanaf de opstart tot in hun dagelijkse werking. Concreet betekent dit: • Je verzorgt opleidingen voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten, zowel online als op locatie. • Je volgt het volledige opleidingstraject op en koppelt feedback intern terug. • Je denkt kritisch mee met de klant en biedt oplossingen die echt het verschil maken. • Je bent een ambassadeur en zorgt voor een positieve gebruikerservaring. Bij opstart krijg je eerst zelf een grondige interne opleiding als customer support medewerker, zodat je de oplossingen en klanten door en door leert kennen. Gewenst profiel Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit kennis delen en klanten verder helpen. Dankzij je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden kan je zelfs complexe software helder en eenvoudig uitleggen. Je herkent jezelf in dit profiel: • Je hebt een eerste ervaring met training, lesgeven of klantenbegeleiding (ervaring met software of IT is een plus). • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans, of je wil je hierin graag verder ontwikkelen. • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar functioneert ook goed zelfstandig. • Je bent stressbestendig, georganiseerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen. • Je stelt de klant altijd centraal. • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid.
