Group S offre aux indépendants et aux employeurs un large éventail de services, allant de l'assistance dans l'administration du personnel à la gestion des salaires et à l'application de la législation sociale. Au fil du temps, nous avons acquis une expertise reconnue (confirmée par une enquête de satisfaction menée auprès de nos affiliés) dans les domaines des ressources humaines, de l'assistance juridique ou encore du secrétariat social. Pour maintenir ce niveau de qualité, nous recourons à des spécialistes, dont les compétences permettent d'offrir un service efficace à nos affiliées et à leurs gestionnaires de dossiers.
Responsabilités- Suivre l'évolution des montants sociaux (ONSS) et fiscaux (précompte professionnel), qui ont un impact sur l'administration des salaires.
- Suivre les accords sectoriels (CCT) et analyser les textes applicables aux employeurs.
- Suivre les conditions salariales développées chez nos clients importants et au sein du secteur public.
- Mettre à jour des éléments indispensables pour nos applications de calcul des salaires et les autres outils que nous mettons à la disposition de nos clients.
- Transposer ces données en informations et instructions pratiques pour des utilisateurs externes et internes.
- Rassembler ces données en contactant divers organismes: l'ONSS, le SPF Finances, le SPF Emploi, Travail et Concertation Sociales, l'ONEM, etc.
- Épauler les Payroll Advisors dans l'assistance quotidienne fournie à nos affiliés.
- Minimum d'un bachelier, de préférence en droit, ou expérience pertinente dans une fonction similaire (gestionnaire de dossiers, gestionnaire de données, etc.).
- Intérêt pour la législation sociale.
- Aisance avec les chiffres.
- Aptitudes pour analyser et synthétiser.
- Importance accordée au travail d'équipe.
- Capacité à prendre des responsabilités.
- Expression claire à l'oral et à l'écrit, de façon pragmatique et ordonnée.
- Proactivité et orientation client.
- Bilinguisme (néerlandais - français) est un atout.
- Un emploi stable (contrat de travail à durée indéterminée, à temps plein et de 36 heures/semaine).
- Des collègues dynamiques, pour qui l'esprit d'équipe n'est pas un vain mot.
