Responsibilities Je verdiept je in de business van onze klanten en adviseert en begeleidt hen op een proactieve manier inzake FaaS projecten. Afhankelijk van de complexiteit en techniciteit van het dossier, gebeurt dit in overleg met of in voorbereiding voor de Senior Principal en/of Director. Je staat de klant zelfstandig bij met diverse cijferanalyses en ad hoc financiële projecten zodoende de klant toekomstgericht het juiste beleid kan uitstippelen. Enkele voorbeelden zijn het maken van een forecast, cashflow, cash needs, jaarrapporten, … Je rapporteert en overlegt op regelmatige basis om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de output te verzekeren. Onregelmatigheden of afwijkingen in een dossier meld je aan de manager. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantenopdrachten en specifieke projecten volledig, tijdig en accuraat opgevolgd worden teneinde een zo volledig mogelijk dossier af te leveren. Je vertegenwoordigt Moore en Faas naar de buitenwereld toe. Dit doe je door externe evenementen bij te wonen zoals bijvoorbeeld jobbeurzen van hogescholen/universiteiten. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt junior consultants in hun weg naar groei. Je deelt je kennis met hen en geeft ze feedback over hun functioneren. Qualifications Beschik je over een master- of professionele bachelor met specialisatie accountancy-fiscaliteit of financieel management. Een bijkomende fiscale opleiding of een lopende ITAA stage is een extra troef. Heb je minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. Idealiter werkte je eerder in een accounting / consulting omgeving, eventueel in combinatie met een rol als interne finance medewerker. Beschik je over kennis van boekhouden, ma. je kan een boekhouding ‘lezen’ en ‘begrijpen’. Ben je IT-minded en heb je affiniteit met ICT. Excel kennis is een must. Hou je ervan om veel variatie te hebben en aan verschillende projecten te werken? Je bent in staat de juiste prioriteiten te stellen met een gezonde kritische blik. Autonoom kunnen werken, zin voor initiatief en klantgerichtheid vervolledigen je profiel. Ga je gemakkelijk in contact met de klant en jouw collega’s? Communiceren en teamwork typeren jou.
