Nous avons besoin de vos lumières La mission Notre client recherche un(e) IS Life Transformation Solution Architect afin de renforcer son équipe. Objectifs de la mission : Conception de solutions : vous analysez les alternatives et concevez des solutions durables et tournées vers l'avenir conformément aux normes architecturales IT. Transformation : vous analysez la situation actuelle et grâce à vos interactions avec le business et vos connaissances architecturales, vous proposez des transformations structurelles concrètes, accompagnées d'une approche de réalisation et d'un budget. Symbiose avec le Business et IT : vous êtes expert dans les alignements business, dans la mise en place de compréhension mutuelle et dans la création de vue architecturales communes et réalisables. Vous osez remettre les choses en question et apporter de nouvelles idées. Vous collaborez étroitement avec le business et avec les autres équipes IS du département, les équipes transversales IS (Application Technology, Architecture & Strategy) et I&O pour le passage de la phase d'architecture à la phase de réalisation. Gouvernance et documentation : vous portez attention à la qualité des solutions (et au respect des standard), à la documentation et vous présenterez vos solutions architecturales au board d'architecture. Vous définissez une vision à court, moyen et surtout long terme pour le développement des systèmes IT. Vous challengez et validez les solutions proposées avec l'équipe d'architecture technique. Vous tenez compte des coûts nécessaires pour la mise en place et la maintenabilité/le run de votre solution. Est-ce vous ? Parle couramment le Français et/ou Néerlandais Bonne connaissance de l'Anglais Diplôme universitaire, diplôme supérieur non-universitaire ou une expérience équivalente 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Solution Architect Expérience en assurance vie ArchiMate .NET Senior Angular Cobol Domain Driven Design Structurer des projets de transformation architecturale Orienté(e) solution Capable de synthétiser de larges quantités d'informations Gérer des discussion et alignements avec un business expert dans son domaine Créatif(-ve) et flexible Intérêt pour l'innovation technologique Comment nous vous soutenons ?
