Ben je op zoek naar een uitdaging waarbij je de Client Relationship Manager (CRM) en de Segment Operations Director (SOD) kunt ondersteunen op het gebied van financiële indicatoren, het bereiken van doelstellingen aan de hand van relevante en beslissende indicatoren, zichtbaarheid en het waarborgen van de nauwkeurigheid van de resultaten?
Wil je de Controlling Team Leader Service Operations helpen om aan de CFO en de managers van de afdeling Service Operations een overzicht te geven van de naleving van het budget, de uitgaven en de inkomsten van de afdeling Operations, zodat de kosten en inkomsten worden verantwoord volgens de regels en procedures?
Dan ben jij de Business & Cost Controller die we zoeken om ons team te vervoegen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:- Voorbereiden en presenteren van de maandelijkse reporting met financiële indicatoren en afwijkingsanalyse, boekhoudkundige correcties aanvragen, de terugkerende verschillen behandelen met de betrokken afdeling.
- De voorbereiding van het jaarlijkse budget en de forecasts met de Client Relationship Manager, afdelingsmanagers en de Team Leader SO en zich verzekeren dat de actieplannen, projecten, contractuele elementen en huidige of toekomstige ontwikkelingen goed geïntegreerd en gerespecteerd worden.
- Analyseren van opportuniteiten om de rentabiliteit en KPI's te verbeteren met de CRM en siteverantwoordelijke en de opvolging van de uitvoering van acties verzekeren evenals de evaluatie van de behaalde winst.
- Identificeren van de sites die in aanmerking komen voor de opstelling van een actieplan.
- Voorbereiding van investeringsdossiers.
- De Client Relationship Manager assisteren bij het beantwoorden van verzoeken naar statistieken, indicatoren, verduidelijking van de facturering bestemd naar onze klanten.
- Opvolging van de cashflow en onbetaalde facturen voor het geheel van de sites.
- Ondersteuning bieden op juridische, boekhoudkundige en financiële vlak in symbiose met de betrokken diensten en toezicht houden op de wetgeving inzake de wijze van financiering of de toepassing van specifieke regels.
- Zorgen voor de naleving van de regels en procedures van de onderneming en de groep en in het kader van de interne controle.
- Je beschikt over een Master / Professionele bachelor diploma in economie. We houden rekening met jonge afgestudeerden of profielen met maximaal 2 jaar ervaring in business controlling of auditing.
- Je hebt een analytische en kritische aanpak en je kunt informatie correct interpreteren en snel verwerken.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en resultaatgericht, met een zin voor initiatief. Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt prioriteiten stellen.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden, met een goede teamspirit en zin voor dienstverlening.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands, Frans met een goede kennis van het Engels en je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (een zeer goed niveau van Excel).
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs type B.
