The Role

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, optimization strategies, and the ability to drive organic traffic growth. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword research, to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
  • Implement link-building strategies to acquire backlinks.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, WordPress, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other performance testing methodologies.

Ideal Profile

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other aspects of digital marketing, such as content marketing, PPC advertising, or social media marketing.
  • Understanding of web development and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or SEO / SEM within IT industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
