Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als Business Analyst Health Sector ondersteun je projecten omtrent digitalisering en optimalisering van bedrijfsprocessen die als doel hebben de gezondheidszorg te verzekeren. In dat kader zorg je voor de analyse en formalisering van processen en behoeften. Je analyseert en optimaliseert deze. Je neemt tevens de modelering van businessprocessen voor je rekening. Je analyseert en formaliseert de behoeften die verschillende actoren en belanghebbenden hebben geuit door er een volgorde van prioriteit en belang aan toe te kennen,. Je ondersteunt de business bij het changemanagement omtrent de optimalisering of digitalisering van processen. Als spilfiguur naar verandering toe, faciliteer je de samenwerking tussen meerdere stakeholders binnen business- en IT-projecten. Je bevordert de samenwerking tussen de dienst en de ICT-directie. Tot slot beheer je de communicatie van relevante informatie tussen de verschillende betrokken actoren. Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma en beschikt bij voorkeur over minimum drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je hebt een goede ervaring in procesmodellering (BPMN) en een ruime ervaring in het beheer van workshops, in de formalisering van businessbehoeften en in het beheer van complexe business- en IT-projecten. Je hebt een goede kennis van de Microsoft-tools. Kennis van het domein van de gezondheidszorg is een pluspunt. Dankzij je ervaring in changemanagement en je communicatievaardigheden kan je gemakkelijk omgaan met een context waarin onderhandeling een grote rol speelt en waarin je meerdere actoren moet beheren. Je hebt een goede conceptuele en analytische geest en je beschikt over goede synthesevaardigheden. Je werkt graag in teamverband in project-modus. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en je bent in staat je uit te drukken in het Engels. - Je krijgt een gevarieerde, uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante job waarbij je bijdraagt aan IT-oplossingen die een belangrijke rol spelen in de samenleving.
