At Duomed, a leading distribution platform of Medical Technologies in Europe, we are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our ERP team.We make a difference by offering high-quality, reliable and sustainable solutions to our customers, combining consumables, capital equipment, technical service, IT integration, clinical training & education, as well as CRO services.Within the ERP team you’ll be supporting the Northern and Central European region (currently 8 countries). In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting users, optimizing processes, and integrating new companies into our Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem support: Act as the first point of contact for key users, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth daily operations.Process optimization: Analyse and improve business processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and drive continuous improvement.New company integrations: Support ERP migration projects, align processes with D365 functionalities, and ensure smooth onboarding.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across countries, bridging business and IT.Documentation & training: Create clear process documentation and deliver training sessions to empower users.Your ProfileYou have a solid and proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Knowledge of Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is an advantage as well as Microsoft certifications related to D365.You have excellent communication skills: English is the working language; additional knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.With your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, you have the power needed to translate business needs into system solutions.Experience with data migration and integration projects?
