We werken nauw samen met integratoren, architecten en interieurontwerpers die wereldwijd actief zijn in de residentiële luxemarkt om ervoor te zorgen dat onze oplossingen voor de slimme woning naadloos passen in de meest exclusieve villa's, appartementen, hotels en zeiljachten overal ter wereld.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor...

  • De ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten. Je wordt betrokken bij de volledige development cyclus van concept tot productie. Hierbij zoek je geschikte leveranciers om mee samen te werken indien nodig.
  • De opstelling en de review van specificaties.
  • Het ontwerp en de implementatie van de benodigde componenten (PCB's, voeding, interfaces, …).
  • De ontwikkeling, validatie en documentatie van PCB-ontwerpen.
  • Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van EMC-testen met het oog op het verbeteren van de PCB-ontwerpen.
  • Het bieden van ondersteuning bij het certificiëren van nieuwe en bestaande producten.
  • Het assisteren bij het in productie nemen van de ontwikkelde producten. Hierbij werk je vlot samen in team maar kan je ook zelfstandig werk aanpakken.
  • Naast het ontwikkelen van toestellen sta je ook in voor het uitdenken/uitwerken van de nodige productie testsystemen hiervoor.
  • Het onderzoeken en herstellen van toestellen die terugkomen van klanten. Deze info wordt gebruikt om de falingen van de producten te begrijpen en ze te verbeteren.

We zijn voor elkaar gemaakt als je...

  • gepassioneerd bent door alle wat met (complexe) elektronica heeft te maken.
  • ervaring hebt met PCB-ontwerp, bij voorkeur in Altium. Ervaring met het programmeren van microcontrollers in C, of scripting in Python is een pluspunt.
  • analytisch bent ingesteld, met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • minstens enkele jaren ervaringen hebt in een gelijkaardige rol.
