As a Digital Transformation Consultant at Projective Group, you'll be instrumental in helping financial institutions evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. You'll collaborate with clients to rethink their operations, enhance customer experiences, and bring innovative ideas to life. From concept to delivery, you'll help turn transformation ambitions into concrete, impactful solutions. Your key responsibilities: Work directly with client teams to implement agile delivery practices and improve collaboration. Support the transition from waterfall to agile by redesigning delivery approaches and coaching teams through the change Guide and mentor key roles (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, team leads) to help them succeed in their responsibilities Conduct assessments of team maturity and delivery effectiveness, and define clear improvement actions Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment sessions Help teams translate business goals into actionable backlogs and delivery plans Identify blockers and delivery risks early, and work with teams to resolve them Prepare clear documentation, progress reports, and presentations for client stakeholders Promote continuous improvement by introducing better practices, tools, and team behaviours Act as a reliable partner throughout the project, ensuring delivery stays on track and aligned with client expectations Develop an understanding of your client's strategic direction, issues and objectives to drive the appropriate roadmap for our clients Your Skills & Qualifications A degree in a relevant field (i.e. business, economics, ...) At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or project delivery roles Experience in the financial services sector, and a strong interest in its dynamics and challenges Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in Dutch or French Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies, preferably backed by certifications and practical delivery experience (i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps Foundation, AgilePM, ...) Experience with IT delivery projects and a good grasp of the organisational IT landscape Solid consultancy skills, including clear communication, active listening and coaching, and stakeholder management A pragmatic mindset, with the ability to tailor frameworks and methods to fit the client's specific context and needs What can you expect from us ?
