End-to-End Process Owner – Source-to-Pay

Are you passionate about designing world-class business processes, driving digital transformation, and shaping how organizations manage Sourcing, Procurement, and Payables? This is your chance to lead the global S2P vision and play a pivotal role in major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. About the RoleAs the End-to-End Process Owner for S2P, you will own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the full Source-to-Pay process. You'll work closely with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and innovation teams to ensure best-in-class operations and a seamless SAP-enabled process. What You'll LeadProcess Design & GovernanceDefine and harmonize S2P processes aligned with SAP best practicesMaintain global process documentation, controls, and KPIsContinuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify opportunities for automation (e-invoicing, OCR, AI, predictive procurement)Run pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologiesSAP Transformation & Functional DesignRepresent S2P in design governance forumsValidate solutions, approve functional designs, prioritize requirementsSign off S2P readiness for go-liveCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and ITLead workshops, drive alignment, and ensure smooth adoptionChange & Data ManagementLead change impact assessmentsEnsure data quality across vendor, PO, and invoice dataSupport SAP migration and validation effortsGovernance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with VAT, SOX, audit rulesMonitor KPIs like PO compliance, invoice cycle time, and payment accuracy What You Bring7+ years of experience in S2P process management in a multinational environmentStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI + integration points)Background in large ERP or finance transformation programsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFluency in English + Dutch or English + French Key CollaborationsYou'll work closely with:Finance TeamsProcurement TeamsLogisticsIT / SAP ExpertsChange ManagementDigital & Innovation Teams Ready to Make an Impact?Join a future-focused organization where you can shape global processes, drive innovation, and influence large-scale transformation.
