Als BIM Designer HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, modelleren en coördineren van HVAC-installaties binnen multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectleiders en andere BIM-specialisten om installaties efficiënt, maakbaar en volgens geldende normen te ontwerpen. Je draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van het BIM-proces en de kwaliteit van het digitale bouwmodel.Taken en verantwoordelijkhedenOpstellen en uitwerken van 3D BIM-modellen voor HVAC-installaties (verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning)Modelleren in Revit (MEP) conform BIM-standaarden, BIM-protocollen en LOD-afsprakenControleren van modellen op maakbaarheid, clashvrijheid en technische haalbaarheidUitvoeren en analyseren van clashcontroles (bijv. met Navisworks)Afstemmen met andere disciplines (E, S, bouwkundig)Vertalen van technische ontwerpen en berekeningen naar BIM-modellenOndersteunen bij BIM-coördinatie en -overleggenBijdragen aan standaardisatie en optimalisatie van BIM-werkmethodiekenOpleveren van revisies, as-built modellen en documentatieFunctie-eisenAfgeronde Prof. Bachelor richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Installatietechniek of vergelijkbaarAantoonbare ervaring als BIM Designer / Modelleur HVACGrondige kennis van HVAC-systemen en W-installatiesErvaring met Autodesk Revit MEP (vereist)Kennis van BIM-processen, LOD, BIM-uitvoeringsplannen (BEP)Ervaring met Navisworks is een préKennis van relevante normen (o.a.
