General Mission Oversee all operational aspects from manufacturing until the end of live of the product in accordance with the company's objectives. Main responsibilities Develop and implement effective operational strategies and tools that support the company's growth objectives. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and customer service. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure the highest quality standards for our products. Deploy and master all tools and SW required to manage operations. Define, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. Manage the budget for the operations department and ensure that all expenses are within budget. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. Required competencies You have (required): Bachelor's degree Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the medical device industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 quality standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity You are : Pragmatic in your actions, hands-on, willing to go beyond the design of the product and to handle a large action scope (design, prototype, test, validation and production) Care for internal and external customer as well as for our patients with excellent interpersonal communication skills Trusted by your team to be a solution finder, autonomous, able to propose collaborative solutions and to identify priorities.
