Jouw profiel Ervaring als Team/People Coach in een agile-context Sterke coachingsvaardigheden en ervaring met teamontwikkeling Empathisch, communicatief en discreet Voldoende technische kennis om te kunnen sparren met team(leden) Oplossingsgericht en vertrouwd met multidisciplinaire productteams Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
