Initially a traditional fiduciary, it has now evolved into a PSF, providing specialized services to a clientele primarily consisting of Soparfi and holding companies. Corporate Officer - Your Role : As a Corporate Officer , you will be responsible for managing Soparfi and holding company portfolios, ensuring legal compliance and overseeing the management of these structures. Your tasks will include organizing board meetings , drafting minutes , and assisting with company formation and account openings . You will interact directly with demanding clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will join a dynamic team where continuous training and personal development are encouraged. Working in a small team will allow you to take on a key role and build strong relationships with your colleagues. Corporate Officer - Your Profile: We are looking for a Corporate Officer with a law degree (at least a bachelor's ), and at least 2 years of experience in managing similar portfolios (Soparfi, holdings, PSF structures).You are fluent in French and English , and knowledge of Italian would be a plus .You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to integrate well into a small team where collaboration and communication are essential.You are passionate about the sector and eager to grow within a company that places a strong emphasis on quality service and human connection. Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

• Attractive salary up to €70,000 gross per year (depending of your experience and profile), plus a bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
