The Project Manager is responsible for developing a Project Management Methodology tailored to the Federal Pensions Service. The methodology describes how a project is included from A to Z, who the stakeholders and actors involved are and what their exact roles and responsibilities are.
The Project Manager facilitates the necessary working groups to arrive at a supported project management methodology that takes into account the needs of the various stakeholders. Once the methodology has been worked out, the project manager coordinates the necessary activities to train the candidate project managers in managing a project.
The Project Manager organizes a Project Management Community and ensures that the methodology is constantly evolving and refined on the basis of advancing insight. The Project Manager provides the necessary on-the-job support to the start-up project managers.
