- Afhandelen van inkomende telefoons en e-mails op een klantvriendelijke en efficiënte manier.- Ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun werkdag, bijvoorbeeld door hen te voorzien van de juiste informatie of oplossingen. - Samenwerken met de planner/dispatcher om de dagelijkse planning soepel en effectief te laten verlopen.- Controleren en corrigeren van inkomende orders.- Je zal werken in een afwisselend uurrooster tussen 7u en 20u. Je werkt 1 zaterdag op 2.Profiel- Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs. Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen.- Je schakelt snel en bewaart het overzicht. - Je analyseert en optimaliseert informatie. - Je werkt oplossingsgericht, accuraat en altijd klantgericht. - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.- Enthousiasme en teamgeest: je draagt bij aan een fijne samenwerking.- IT-kennis: je bent handig met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
