SIATEC SIATEC, een vooruitstrevend ingenieursbureau uit Mol, is voor één van hun klanten op zoek naar een Production Engineer met een passie voor techniek en een hart voor de werkvloer. Als production engineer ben je de verbindende schakel tussen ontwerp, engineering en de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt, van de voorbereiding tot de uitvoering, en dat je collega’s in de productie over de juiste tools en informatie beschikken. Je werkt hands-on, midden in de actie. Je analyseert, verbetert en begeleidt, met één doel voor ogen: een sterke, goed georganiseerde productie. Jouw taken Procesoptimalisatie & efficiëntie: Je werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren van onze productieprocessen en het verhogen van de efficiëntie op de werkvloer. Met jouw technisch inzicht ontwerp en ontwikkel je lasmallen, hulpgereedschappen en oplossingen die het werk eenvoudiger, sneller en nauwkeuriger maken. Je denkt mee over productiemethoden, volgorde en technieken, altijd met oog voor kwaliteit en haalbaarheid. Na afloop evalueer je projecten op efficiëntie, productietijd en prestaties – zodat we elke dag een stap beter worden. Technische ondersteuning & werkvloerbegeleiding: Met duidelijke tekeningen, werkinstructies en begeleiding help je medewerkers op de werkvloer om efficiënt en correct te werken. Je houdt toezicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Je werkt in dagdienst met flexibele uren, dicht bij de mensen en de praktijk – daar waar jouw inzet echt het verschil maakt. Je bent de perfecte match als… Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting. Je bent technisch sterk, analytisch en praktisch ingesteld. Je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer en bent echt hands-on. Ervaring met lassen, metaalbewerking, machinebouw of onderhoud is een pluspunt. Kennis van AutoCAD en/of Inventor is mooi meegenomen. Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en bij voorkeur ook in het Nederlands. Je bent flexibel, leergierig en haalt voldoening uit teamwork en tastbare resultaten.
