Wij zijn een internationaal familiebedrijf, dat in 1966 werd opgericht en momenteel meerdere vestigingen heeft binnen Europa. Binnen onze AnimalCare-divisie zijn we gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van hoogwaardige veevoederkernen en additievenmengsels. Onze producten worden wereldwijd uitgevoerd naar meer dan 80 landen, met focus op het Midden-Oosten, Afrika, Centraal en Zuidoost-Azië. Elke kern wordt daarbij op maat van de klant ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. Door de sterke groei van ons bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting Officer ter versterking van ons Finance team. DIT ZIJN JOUW TAKEN Als Accounting Officer rapporteer je aan onze Finance Manager en sta je onder meer in voor de volgende taken: Dagelijkse verwerking van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen (aan- en verkoopfacturen, banktransacties, diverse boekingen, ...) Opvolging en bevestiging klantenbetalingen Opmaken van btw- en Intrastat-aangifte Voorbereiden van kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen Ondersteuning van de Finance Manager bij driemaandelijkse financiële rapporteringen controle resultatenrekening en balans opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten verschillende adhoc werkzaamheden Wij voorzien een opleidingstraject om je snel in te werken in deze functie. Op termijn kan je takenpakket nog uitbreiden, waardoor je blijft groeien in je job. DIT BEN JIJ Een eerste werkervaring is noodzakelijk om vlot te starten in het team Je bent resultaatsgericht, voelt je thuis in een hands-on, no-nonsense omgeving Je krijgt energie van in een klein team samen te werken, maar houdt ook wel van te focussen op je eigen taken Je krijgt nét dat tikkeltje meer werkplezier als je je mag verdiepen in btw, taksen en invoerrechten. Je denkt graag analytisch en neemt zonder aarzelen verantwoordelijkheid op. Je mikt niet op een leidinggevende rol, maar je gaat voluit om een krak te worden in je job Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Excel Je hebt kennis ERP-systemen of BI-tools Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels Je behaalde een bachelorsdiploma in een economische of financiële richting. Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke of industriële context is mooi meegenomen Je wordt elke dag verwacht in ons prachtig kantoor met uitzicht op De Schelde DIT BIEDEN WE JOU In deze functie kom je terecht in een bruisende KMO met een sterke marktpositie en internationale uitstraling.
