Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven Master data & Customer service Specialist die naast het systeemtechnische ook de interne commerciële cyclus van hun service kan ondersteunen.
Jouw rol bestaat uit drie luiken:
Beheer en optimalisatie van locale Master data:- Als business key user ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, centraliseren, beheren en onderhouden van Master data in SAP en bedrijfseigen applicaties (voornamelijk PowerBI).
- Als data expert begrijp je als geen ander hoe systemen en dataflows werken en je zorgt lokaal voor een continue werking ervan.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en problemen met betrekking tot Master data. Je biedt duidelijke en structurele uitleg over de systeemtechnische aspecten en hun impact op verschillende afdelingen. Je werkt desgevallend mee aan IT-projecten waarbij masterdata een belangrijke rol speelt, en zorgt voor een soepele integratie en doorstroming van gegevens naar andere systemen.
- Met behulp van de beschikbare tools neem je initiatief waar nodig en werk je proactief aan het verbeteren van de kwaliteit en conformiteit van onze Master data. Je past je eigen kennis en de best practices toe om dit te bereiken.
- Je zorgt voor de commerciële uitwerking en opvolging van service jobs naar klanten toe. Hiervoor ga je van kostcalculatie en offerte tot pro-forma, klant PO en finale invoice. Uiteraard word je technisch bijgestaan door collega's. Focus ligt op invoicing gezien de link met SAP, maar als backup moet je ook begrijpen hoe offertes gemaakt worden.
- Je bent back-up voor de lead planner.
- Concreet verzorg je als back-up (tijdens ziekte, vakantie) de eerstelijnshulp aan de klanten via telefoon of mail, zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans, en informeert hen spontaan over de planning van interventies. De technici rekenen op jou voor de wisselstukkenbevoorrading.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- Je krijgt energie van het verwerken van data op een accurate en efficiënte manier;
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met masterdata verwerking en je bent in staat om jezelf nieuwe kennis vlot eigen te maken;
- Je kan vlot schakelen tussen analytisch denken en interpersoonlijk contact en je houdt van afwisseling;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van SAP, je kan goed overweg met MS Office toepassingen en je hebt een basiskennis van Power BI/Power App/Sharepoint of je bent bereid hierin bij te leren;
- Je bent nauwkeurig, accuraat en kan je zelfstandig organiseren;
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een plus;
- Technische interesse is zeker een pluspunt om de specifieke eigenschappen van onze producten onder de knie te krijgen.
