Pour plus d'informations, veuillez consulter leur site internet : Responsabilités En tant que Transports & Logistics Manager, vous êtes responsable de la coordination et de l'optimisation des flux internes et externes de l'entreprise. Vous supervisez les activités logistiques entre les différents sites, en lien avec les clients, fournisseurs et prestataires, et proposez des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les process et les performances. Vos principales missions sont les suivantes : Piloter l'ensemble des activités logistiques, en garantissant l'efficacité, la qualité et le respect des délais. Superviser les flux entre les sites de stockage, situés à Bruxelles et Courcelles, et assurer la coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles. Mettre en œuvre des projets de digitalisation et d'optimisation des stocks, de la réception et de l'expédition. Analyser les processus existants et proposer des améliorations adaptées aux besoins de l'entreprise. Gérer les relations avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires logistiques (transport, affrètement, douane). Encadrer et animer les équipes logistiques, en veillant à maintenir une communication fluide et efficace. Suivre les indicateurs de performance et établir des reportings réguliers pour la direction. Proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les flux de produits et d'informations, en respectant les contraintes de coûts, délais et qualité. Profil Vous disposez d'un diplôme dans le secteur de la logistique ou équivalent. Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en environnement international. Vous faites preuve de leadership, d'esprit d'analyse et d'une forte capacité à prendre des initiatives. Vous sachez coordonner des équipes et maintenir une communication efficace entre les différents acteurs. Vous êtes rigoureux, responsable, sociable et doté d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.
