Are you passionate about regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and enterprise architecture? We're looking for a SOL / DORA Architectural Coordinator to play a key role in shaping how regulatory requirements are embedded into modern, resilient technology architectures.About the RoleAs the Architectural Coordinator, you will act as the technical authority translating SOL and DORA regulations into clear, actionable architectural standards. You'll ensure systems, processes, and data meet strict expectations around ICT risk management, cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory oversight.You'll collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Technology, and Product teams, connecting ongoing initiatives and identifying architectural impacts across the organization.What You'll DoTranslate SOL/DORA regulatory requirements into architectural principles, standards, and blueprintsAssess and surface architectural impacts related to resilience, incident reporting, ICT and third-party riskEmbed compliance-by-design into architecture governance and decision-makingDefine architectures supporting business continuity, incident management, recovery, and resilience testingAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on regulatory and architectural implicationsProduce high-quality architecture documentation, regulatory mappings, and evidenceSupport tooling and workflows for evidence capture (e.g. LeanIX, ServiceNow)What You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology RiskStrong knowledge of DORA, operational resilience, ICT risk, and cybersecurity architectureAbility to interpret regulatory texts and translate them into technical requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadershipNice to HaveExperience in regulated or critical service environmentsFamiliarity with architecture frameworksHands-on experience with LeanIX, ServiceNow, or similar toolsBackground in business continuity, crisis management, or risk assuranceWhy Join?Make a real impact on regulatory compliance and operational resilienceWork at the intersection of technology, regulation, and architectureCollaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional expertsHelp design future-proof, resilient systemsInterested?
