Voor onze klant, een groeiend familiebedrijf in het Antwerpse dat actief is in de productie en commercialisatie van zoete snack producten binnen de FMCG-sector, zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Learning & Development Lead. Heb je zin om al jouw technische en educatieve talenten in te zetten in dit modern, industrieel en geautomatiseerd bedrijf met pittige uitdagingen op vlak van opleidingen? Verantwoordelijkheden In de fabrieksomgeving zal je de kennis in eenvoudig verstaanbare taal overbrengen. Je zal de kennis leren aan anderen, zodat bv. de operator zijn job veel beter kan doen. Daarbij kan je hen ook leren hoe de aanwezige kennis moet overgebracht worden aan anderen. Het ‘opleiden’ effectief vorm geven binnen hun Academie om de medewerkers beter op te leiden en nieuwe talenten aan te trekken. Creëren van maatwerkopleidingen voor nieuwe en bestaande collega’s en het zelf ontwikkelen van profielen zoals techniekers. Samenwerken met scholen, kennisinstellingen en leveranciers om een sterke leergemeenschap op te bouwen. Zoeken naar mogelijkheden om e-learning (met AI? met Avenars?) effectief op te starten. Duaal leren breed te implementeren Veel trainingen geven en leren geven. Nauw toezien op de kwaliteit en innovatie van het opleidingsaanbod. Eisen Je hebt een technische achtergrond met ervaring in educatie en pedagogiek. Je bent perfect Nederlands- en Engelstalig. Je goed kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans is een plus. Je bent creatief in het ontwikkelen van opleidingsprogramma’s en het enthousiasmeren van anderen. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je hebt affiniteit met samenwerken in een dynamische, multiculturele omgeving. Je bent zelf ook leergierig. Je bent sociaal ingesteld. Je werkt gestructureerd.
