Notre client KBS Systems , fondé en 1984, propose toute une gamme d'applications résistantes au feu et fournit aujourd'hui un service total pour toute compartimentation d'incendie avec la garantie d'une bonne résistance au feu. Leader sur le marché de la protection passive, KBS Systems fournit aujourd'hui des conseils et solutions en anti-feu : portes, obturations, mortiers, compartiments… Sa clientèle comprend l'industrie (sidérurgie, chimie, pharmaceutique…), l'énergie et le nucléaire, la distribution, l'informatique (datacenters), le tertiaire, le résidentiel, les hôpitaux… Basée à Wilrijk (Anvers), l'entreprise rayonne sur le Benelux et la France et emploie quelque 75 collaborateurs. En reporting direct du Head of Projects, vous êtes responsable de tous les projets d'installation dans votre région (principalement Brabant wallon, Hainaut, Bruxelles). Vous pouvez compter sur une équipe expérimentée de spécialistes qui jouent un rôle tant opérationnel que de soutien. Vous collaborez notamment étroitement avec un Sales & Project Support. Vous êtes responsable de la réalisation, de la coordination, du contrôle et de l'ajustement des activités. En bref, vous vous occupez de la gestion quotidienne des projets. Après le transfert du projet par l'équipe en charge des devis, vous confirmez le calendrier du projet en concertation avec le client. Vous êtes responsable de la vérification finale des matériaux et produits nécessaires à l'achat et vous fournissez également les mesures nécessaires sur le terrain. Ensemble avec le Sales & Project Support, vous recevez les marchandises commandées conformément à l'accord et vous vérifiez si cela correspond au formulaire de commande. Avec l'appui du Sales & Project Support, vous travaillez en concertation sur toutes les questions administratives et pratiques qui sont nécessaires à l'exécution du projet. En collaboration avec le Head of Projects, vous assurez le suivi financier des projets (contrôle & budgétaire) et vous veillez à la clôture correcte de votre région chaque mois. Vous suivez le stock de votre région (camions et entrepôt à Floreffe). Très présent sur le terrain, vous détectez rapidement où des ajustements techniques sont nécessaires. Vous assurez des lignes de communication courtes afin que ces ajustements puissent être faits de manière proactive et facile. Vous veillez à ce que les délais prédéfinis soient toujours respectés. Vous traitez de manière proactive les plaintes et les non-conformités des clients et des fournisseurs. Grâce à vos capacités de communication, vous détectez rapidement les opportunités dans les projets en cours et dans les environs. Vous êtes responsable de la préparation technique des demandes de prix Vous assurez le suivi des offres en cours pour votre région et établissez des relations à long terme avec vos clients. Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier en construction ou équivalent par l'expérience. Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction de préparation, gestion et suivi de chantiers. Passionné d'exécution et de technique, vous êtes très autonome, organisé et résistant au stress. Vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences en gestion d'équipe (internes et sous-traitants). Orienté solutions, vous communiquez de manière proactive. Doté d'un bon ‘'flair'' commercial, vous détectez facilement les opportunités et vous ne les laissez pas passer. Vous vous exprimez couramment en français. Vous avez au minimum des connaissances de base en néerlandais et êtes ouvert à le pratiquer. Vous êtes flexible pour vous déplacer sur chantiers (principalement Brabant wallon, Hainaut, Bruxelles) et vous rendre une à deux fois semaine à Wilrijk (siège) et Floreffe (entrepôt).
