Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Asset Management Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft?


As An IT Asset Management Specialist, You Will

  1. Perform stock management tasks as described in the IT Equipment lifecycle management;
  2. Coordinate the reception, transport and storage of new equipment to the appropriate stocks;
  3. Maintain product catalogues and list of all software licenses;
  4. Monitor subscriptions and warranty/maintenance expiration dates;
  5. Plan, coordinate and monitor equipment moves and/or shipments;
  6. Calculate the annual equipment budget needs for purchasing of ICT equipment, following the policies and monitor budget consumption;
  7. Provide technical expertise on the financial evaluation of offers;
  8. Prepare annual budget needs and allocation plans.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  1. University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience;
  3. Knowledge of ICT hardware/software and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel;
  4. Experience with the purchase of ICT equipment and services;
  5. Experience with budget management and budget reporting;
  6. Experience with contract management in an international environment;
  7. Understanding of ICT tender and procurement procedures in an international environment;
  8. Excellent knowledge of English; French is an added advantage;
  9. ITIL Certification OR completion of an ITIL certification within 3 months of starting the position;
  10. Minimum 1 Technical Certification from the list below (for Mid level profiles only):
  • Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)
  • Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
  • Certified IT Asset Disposal (CITAD)
  • The Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
