AI Engineer Brussels About the Role We're hiring an AI Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that turn data into real business value. From experimentation to production, you'll be hands-on across the full AI lifecycle. If you love machine learning, applied AI, and building things that actually ship, this one's for you. What You'll Do Design, train, and deploy ML / AI models Work on NLP, predictive models, or recommendation systems Collaborate with product teams to turn use cases into solutions Build pipelines for data preparation, training, and inference Monitor model performance in production Stay on top of the latest AI tools and best practices What You Bring Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) Solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation Experience deploying models in production environments Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS / Azure / GCP) Ability to explain complex concepts simply Bonus: LLMs, MLOps, RAG systems, or generative AI experience
