Business Analyst Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken: Als Business Analyst bij onze partner Vivalis (vivalis.brussels), help je Brusselse publieke instellingen bij de succesvolle digitale transformatie door bedrijfsbehoeften te analyseren en vertalen naar concrete projectaanvragen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte implementatie en bewaking van veranderingen door te focussen op de businessdoelen, met oog voor processen, diensten, financiën en middelen : Analyseren en documenteren van bedrijfsbehoeften en vertalen naar projectaanvragen in samenwerking met diensthoofden en project sponsors. Definiëren en documenteren van de projectscope en -inhoud via business cases en project charters. Uitwerken van processen in BPMN-notatie (AS-IS en To-Be situatie) en begeleiden van de business in het gebruik van Business Process Management (BPM). Adviseren over procesontwerpen en optimalisatie van processen met behulp van innovatieve digitale oplossingen. Aandacht voor informatieveiligheid, GDPR en regelgeving tijdens procesverbeteringen. Voorstellen van verbeteringen op basis van gesprekken met business en ICT-teams. Voorkomen van dubbele kosten door afstemming met lopende regionale ICT-initiatieven. Functionele analyse van benodigde wijzigingen in diensten, tools, budgetten en resources. Samenwerken met ICT-management en business om de impact van veranderingen te beoordelen. Prioriteren van functionele en technische aspecten op basis van klantbehoeften en projectervaring. Ondersteunen van business projectmanagers of zelf fungeren als projectmanager bij bepaalde projecten. Actief bijdragen aan de zichtbaarheid van het team en de projecten binnen de organisatie. Ondersteunen van het PMO-team en Project Portfolio Manager bij de uitvoering van projecten en rapportage. Deel uitmaken van het BPM-team van Vivalis en opvolging van proceswijzigingen.
