Het bedrijf telt 200 medewerkers in België en focust op duurzaamheid, innovatie en klantgerichte oplossingen zoals groene stroom, CO₂-gecompenseerd gas en slimme energieproducten.Jouw nieuwe functie Als Sales Trainer ontwikkel je leermaterialen voor de sales afdelingen binnen de firma.Je taken bestaan o.a. uit:Ontwikkelen van trainingsmateriaal in NL/FR rond sales, klantgerichtheid, klantretentie en merkidentiteitActief bijdragen aan de digitalisering en automatisering van leermethodes binnen salesprocessen, a.d.h.v. AI en dataCreëren van e-learning, workshops, video’s en draaiboekenOndersteunen van salesprocessen via leertrajectenLeermethoden regelmatig aanpassen aan veranderende teambehoeften.Geven van trainingen aan groepenEnkele keren per jaar reizen naar het buitenland om de partners te bezoekenJouw profiel Je hebt ervaring in een sales omgeving en wil graag coachen en opleiden. Je bent zelfstandig, matuur, gestructureerd en communicatief sterk.Wat we zoeken:Bachelor of gelijkwaardig denkniveauErvaring in sales en affiniteit met trainingZeer goede kennis van NL/FR, Engels is een plusVlot met MS Office en data-analyseEnthousiast, kritisch, extravert en sales mindedDe arbeidsvoorwaarden Je komt terecht in een dynamische en collegiale werkomgeving waar initiatief, samenwerking en plezier centraal staan. Regelmatig worden er sociale activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals sportmomenten en teamfeesten.
