🌟 Senior Program Manager – Brussels ( Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for driving digital transformation in complex organizations? A major public sector organization in Brussels is looking for a skilled Program Manager to join their Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and support strategic initiatives that modernize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver impactful services to citizens.

- Start Date: 16 March 2026
- Duration: 10 months (full-time, 40h/week)
- Location: Brussels (H2 days in-office/week)
🏢 About the Role
You will join the DTO within the Demand & Portfolio Management team, closely collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The DTO drives digital strategy, manages transformation initiatives, and ensures alignment across the organization, focusing on IT, Innovation, and Data Intelligence .
Your main responsibilities will include:
Project 1: Field Operations & Safety Tools
- Oversee the national deployment of critical modules (e.g., ANPR, Mobilisatie) for field teams
- Coordinate IT integration between multiple systems
- Optimize resources and address team capacity gaps
- Drive change management to increase adoption rates among local units
Project 2: Smart Information Gateway
- Implement a unified, AI-powered information flow for calls, emails, physical reception, and social media
- Supervise the development of operational AI tools for data extraction, summarization, and pre-filled forms
- Manage 8 sprints of development and deployment (Cloud architecture to pilot roll-out)
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal controls, and “human-in-the-loop” principles
- Track KPIs: AI satisfaction and reduced processing times (<10 minutes per case)
