In productie zijn het vaak geen grote problemen die het verschil maken, maar de kleine verliezen die zich elke dag opstapelen: wachttijden, omstellingen die uitlopen, processen die “altijd zo gedaan zijn”, data die niemand gebruikt… en ondertussen blijven rendement, kwaliteit en servicelevels onder druk staan.Voor een internationale productieorganisatie met een sterke lokale plant zoeken we een Process Improvement Engineer die écht impact wil maken op de werkvloer. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je kan bouwen aan een continuous improvement cultuur en waar je projecten van scratch kan uitwerken Met de schaal en structuur van een multinational, maar met voldoende vrijheid om lokaal snel te schakelen.Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag werkt op het kruispunt van proces, techniek, data en change, en die energie haalt uit verbeteringen die blijven hangen.Jouw rolAls Process Improvement Engineer ben jij de motor achter procesverbetering. Je spot bottlenecks, graaft naar root causes en zet verbeterinitiatieven om in concrete acties. Je werkt samen met productie, techniek en andere stakeholders om veranderingen draagvlak te geven en duurzaam te implementeren.Je bent ook dagelijks betrokken bij de plant operations: je ondersteunt niet alleen op projectniveau, maar ook in de dagelijkse werking waar proces, techniek en administratie samenkomen.Identificeren van verbeterkansen en uitvoeren van analyses naar oorzaken van inefficiënties en knelpuntenUitwerken van oplossingen en implementeren van verbeteringsprojecten (van A tot Z)Monitoren van voortgang en resultaten (KPI’s, effectmetingen, opvolging)Samenwerken met productie, techniek, kwaliteit, planning en management om verandering gedragen te makenImplementeren van best practices en bijdragen aan een cultuur van continu verbeterenDagelijkse ondersteuning van plant operations op vlak van proces, techniek en administratieve flowProfielBachelor of master in Engineering / Industriële TechnologieAantoonbare ervaring met procesverbetering en implementatie van verbeterprojectenSterk analytisch en probleemoplossend (root cause mindset)Projectmanagement skills: scope, planning, timing, budgetCommunicatief sterk en comfortabel met verschillende niveaus (operator → management)Lean / Six Sigma ervaring is een plusProactief, resultaatgericht en zelfstandigWat je ervoor terugkrijgtEen rol die je mee vormgeeftZichtbare impact op rendement, kwaliteit en stabiliteitMultinational context met lokale vrijheid en korte lijnenRuimte voor initiatief, eigenaarschap en structurele verbeteringEen cultuur waar ideeën en verbetering effectief gewaardeerd wordenStuur je cv rechtstreeks naar 📧 marc@moorrecruitment.comPast deze rol nét niet, maar ben je wel open voor iets nieuws?
