FUNCTIE
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de productstrategie van één van hun belangrijkste softwareproducten. Samen met de CEO en bezieler van het bedrijf stem je de productvisie af en draag je bij met eigen inzichten op basis van marktonderzoek.
- Je vertaalt de productvisie naar een heldere roadmap en backlog voor het development team.
- Je werkt volgens de Agile / Scrum-methodologie, bepaalt de prioriteit van features en user stories en zorgt ervoor dat de productvisie nauwgezet wordt gevolgd en het product volledig aansluit bij de vooropgestelde doelen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het development team. Je stelt duidelijke specificaties op, onderhoudt dagelijks contact om een vlotte ontwikkeling te garanderen, bewaakt hun voortgang en neemt deel aan alle Scrum-events.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en heldere communicatie met externe stakeholders.
PROFIEL
- Vanaf ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring als Product Owner.
- Communicatief - je brengt informatie helder en gestructureerd over en neemt de nodige beslissingen om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
- Business minded - je herkent commerciële kansen en weet deze om te zetten in succesvolle producten.
- Nederlands en Engels.
