In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je aankoopondersteuning met hospitality en zorg je ervoor dat processen, collega’s en bezoekers optimaal worden ondersteund.Jouw rolAls Purchase & Hospitality Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het aankoop- en facilitaire proces. Je ondersteunt de Procurement Manager en werkt nauw samen met logistiek, commerciële binnendienst en andere ondersteunende diensten.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenOpstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van inkoopordersAfroepen van bestellingen in functie van productiebehoeftenControleren en opvolgen van facturen voor grondstoffenRegistreren en behandelen van klachten met betrekking tot grondstoffenBeheren en klasseren van transport-, expeditie- en warehousedocumentenOndersteunen van het aankoopproces rond ISCC+ certificaten in samenwerking met de Procurement ManagerOndersteunen van het automatische registratieprocesFaciliteren van interne en externe meetings (onthaal van bezoekers, catering, logistieke ondersteuning)Bestellen en opvolgen van faciliteiten voor medewerkers (koffie, fruit, soep, broodjes, …)Ontvangen, sorteren en verdelen van de postWat mag je verwachten?Een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impactEen stabiele werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnenSamenwerking met ervaren collega’s binnen een hecht en professioneel teamRuimte voor initiatief, autonomie en persoonlijke ontwikkelingEen marktconform loonpakket aangevuld met extralegale voordelenEen voltijdse functie met aandacht voor een gezonde work-life balanceJouw profielJe beschikt over een administratieve en/of logistieke achtergrondErvaring met een ERP-systeem is een plusKennis van transport- en expeditie documenten is een troefJe werkt vlot met Microsoft OfficeJe communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en EngelsJe werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgerichtJe bent leergierig, flexibel en sterk in samenwerkingJe bent servicegericht, vriendelijk en professioneel in je aanpakOver het bedrijfJe komt terecht in een stabiele en groeiende organisatie met een sterke operationele focus en een professionele werkomgeving.
