Jouw rol

Als junior internal operations officer ben je de operationele rechterhand van de CEO.

Je zorgt ervoor dat interne processen en procedures correct worden toegepast en opgevolgd.

Je houdt van structuur en hebt oog voor efficiëntie, en je schrikt er niet voor terug om collega's aan te spreken wanneer procedures niet worden nageleefd.

Je speelt een cruciale rol in het stroomlijnen van de interne werking en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van interne processen en procedures
  • Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie en verbetering van operationele workflows
  • Ondersteunen van de CEO bij operationele taken en interne opvolging
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen van structurele oplossingen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne operationele vragen

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma in een relevante richting (bv. Bedrijfskunde, Management, Operations)
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en een gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Je houdt van principes en durft deze te verdedigen
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en assertief
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met procesbeheer is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
