Tasks You advise clients on best practices and strategies within the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations or ITAM/ITSM/ITOM modules. You lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of ServiceNow solutions. You translate business requirements into clear and actionable solution decisions . You facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with client stakeholders. You collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, procurement, and vendor experts to deliver results that stick. You stay ahead of platform updates, sourcing trends, and emerging technologies . Requirements You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field. You have 5+ years’ experience in consulting or implementation roles within ITAM, ITSM, ITOM and/or SPO. You bring strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and relevant modules. You can turn business needs into solution-specific technical decisions . You are proactive, analytical, and client-focused .
