Elektriciënt Coordinatie Specialist

Functieomschrijving Binnen de afdeling Onderhoud Laagspanningsinstallaties werk je als technisch en contractueel coördinator bij de MIVB. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van de betrouwbaarheid en werking van de distributiecircuiten en verdeelborden op 400V en 230V in de metro- en premetrostations, gebouwen en werkplaatsen. Je analyseert de aanvragen van de interne klant en valideert de haalbaarheid. Je vertaalt de klantbehoefte naar een technische uitvoering en stelt passende oplossingen voor. Je staat in voor het administratief beheer van overheidsopdrachten. Je controleert de juistheid ervan. Je neemt deel aan het beheer van contracten met betrokken firma's. Je volgt het werk van onderaannemers op en controleert de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken. Je coórdineert de werken tussen de verschillende interne STIB-partners. Je neemt deel aan de oplevering van nieuwe installaties. Persoonlijke eisen Je beschikt over een bachelor in elektriciteit of elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt relevante ervaring voor deze functie. Je beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands. Je hebt uitstekende kennis van industriîle elektriciteit. Je bent vertrouwd met de Office Suite en overheidsopdrachten. Kerncompetenties: oplossings- en resultaatgerichtheid, goede communicatie, empathie en assertiviteit, flexibiliteit, nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichtheid.
