Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterken Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Product Manager Cloud. Als Senior Product Manager Cloud neem je het voortouw in ons Cloud-team. Leiderschap en teammanagement Motiveren, coachen en aansturen van het Cloud-team en de FinOps Manager. Het stimuleren van een positieve en prestatiegerichte teamsfeer. Opstellen van objectieven en begeleiden van evaluatiegesprekken. Technisch beheer en optimalisatie Beheer en optimalisatie van de Cloud infrastructuur (AWS, Azure) in lijn met SLA's. Toezicht houden op de werking van monitoringtools en zorgen voor een optimale gebruikerservaring. Automatiseren van repetitieve processen en volgen van technologische trends. Samenwerken met de Cloud Architect en engineeringteams om platform-roadmaps te ontwikkelen. Garanderen dat cloudstandaarden van BAC door de hele organisatie worden gevolgd. Operationele ondersteuning en processen Documenteren en onderhouden van Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's). Opvolgen en beheren van serviceaanvragen, incidenten, problemen, verbeterplannen, changes en projecten. Adviseren van de Service Manager IaaS over toekomstige investeringen in cloudoplossingen. Bewaken van de samenwerking met Managed Service Providers en interne klanten. Projectmanagement en budgetbeheer Leiden van cloudprojecten/sprints, inclusief rapportage aan de Service Manager IaaS. Identificeren van projectrisico's en opstellen van mitigatieplannen. Beheren en verdedigen van budgetten om projectdoelen te bereiken. Wat jou onderscheidt: Expertise: Grondige kennis van cloudomgevingen (AWS, Azure) en bijbehorende diensten, waaronder Control Tower, RDS, Security Hub, Terraform en Kubernetes. Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een cloud IT-omgeving en ervaring met teamleiderschap. Communicatie: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands, Engels en bij voorkeur Frans). Soft skills: Klantgericht, stressbestendig, flexibel en in staat complexe concepten begrijpelijk uit te leggen. Technologie en innovatie: Je volgt evoluties binnen jouw domein op de voet en implementeert waar passend. FinOps: Ervaring met cloudkostenbeheer en optimalisatie (FinOps). Tools: Ervaring met Atlassian-tools (Jira, Confluence). Opleiding: Bachelordiploma in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
