As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the heart of building our Business Unit Value Chain Consulting. From day one, you'll work closely with business unit leaders and hiring managers to bring in top-tier consultancy talent in supply chain transformation across the EU market. You'll join a dynamic, collaborative TA team, report to the Talent Acquisition Lead, and step into a role where your voice, ideas, and expertise truly shape the way we hire. Your core responsibilities End-to-End recruitment: Own the full recruitment journey from spotting and engaging top talent, to competency-based interviews, business case assessments, offer negotiation, and making sure onboarding kicks off smoothly. Strategic sourcing: Shape and execute sourcing strategies across the EU (with focus today on Belgium, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland). Use tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to spot trends, map markets, and bring the right talent to the table. Business Partnering: be more than "a recruiter", but act and step up as a trusted advisor to Consulting leadership and hiring managers. You'll keep up to date and closely align with their business needs and translate them into sharp recruitment strategies. Furthermore, you'll track their needs in interviewing and selection skills and step up as their coach where needed. With your data-driven insights, you'll challenge where needed and above all, help shape talent decisions that make a lasting impact. Reporting & insights: Keep a finger on the pulse of our pipelines and sourcing activities. Share clear, actionable insights with hiring managers and TA leadership to drive smarter, faster decisions. Employer branding: Boost Bluecrux's visibility as a top employer. Co-create campaigns, activate referrals, and engage alumni networks to keep our consulting talent community thriving. #LI-JC1 About you You bring 5+ years of recruitment experience, either from agency or in-house, backed by a higher education degree. Experience with business consultancy, project management, data-driven or process-oriented profiles is a big plus. Haven't worked with these exact profiles yet? No worries, your curiosity and eagerness to dive into domains like Transformational Excellence, integrated Network Operations, and Supply Chain Planning will get you far. You're comfortable recruiting mid to senior-level candidates, and you know how to hold your ground with experienced professionals. For you, recruitment goes beyond skills matching: you spot potential, challenge thinking, and act as a real sparring partner. You're fluent in English, and you navigate international markets with ease. You combine a human touch with sharp judgment, quickly grasping the unique talents and added value each candidate brings.
