Polégance pole dance studio is looking for a Poledance instructor (intermediate / advanced).

At Polégance, we are looking for a passionate and experienced pole dance instructor to join our team. Together with our dynamic team of teachers, you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life and elevate our classes to new heights

About Polégance

Our studio, founded by our inspiring boss lady during the pandemic, has grown into 3 vibrant locations. With a team of 5 dedicated instructors, each with their unique styles and specialties, we bring one message: Pole dancing is for everyone Regardless of age, gender, or body type, everyone is welcome at Polégance.

As an instructor, you will...

• Teach pole dance classes to intermediate and advanced students.
• Provide your own class content in accordance with our basic guidelines per level.
• Substitute for sick colleagues in other studios when necessary.
• Actively participate in monthly team meetings.
• Contribute new ideas and methods for pole dance classes.
• Ensure a safe and inspiring learning environment.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in pole dancing, specifically at intermediate and advanced levels.
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching pole dance.
• Availability in the evenings between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM (max. 2 evenings per week).
• Driver's license or willing to travel by public transportation.
• Strong didactic skills and a passion for teaching.
• Flexibility to substitute in our studios in Kortrijk, Bruges, and Roeselare when needed.
• A sense of responsibility and a professional work ethic.
• Willingness to actively participate in team meetings.
• Creativity and willingness to introduce new ideas and techniques.
