Project Manager CRM Iristeam vzw biedt de ondersteuning in IT medewerkers alsook bijstand en dienstenprestatie op het gebied van digitale transitie en IT-diensten voor haar leden. Iristeam heeft 650 mensen in dienst en fungeert als kenniscentrum. Tot de leden behoren 150 besturen en organisaties die op gewestelijk of lokaal niveau actief zijn in het Brussels Gewest. Het belangrijkste lid op het vlak van IT-medewerkers is Paradigm, de Organisatie van Openbaar Belang (OOB) voor digitale transitie en ICT in het Brussels Gewest. Als Project Manager werk je als Paradigm-medewerker bij onze partner, Parking.Brussels, die gemeenten ondersteunt in hun parkeerbeleid en mensen, die zich in Brussel verplaatsen, begeleidt in hun mobiliteitskeuzes. Je zal deel uitmaken van het Paradigm-team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de IT bij onze partner en dat bestaat uit 7 personen met verschillende functies. Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken: Als Project Manager zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende: Begrijpen en aansturen van de business voor activiteiten die verband houden met de implementering van IT-projecten; Zorgen voor een realistische planning van IT-projecten, voornamelijk met betrekking tot applicaties; Zorgen voor het volledige beheer van de levenscyclus van IT-projecten, vanaf de definitie van de oplossing tot de implementering ervan; Doeltreffend handelen om een optimaal resultaat te waarborgen in overeenstemming met het bestek wat betreft kwaliteit, prestaties, risicobeheer, kosten, termijn, ...; Met gemak een vlotte communicatie tot stand brengen en coördineren tussen alle interne / externe medewerkers, leveranciers, ...); Duidelijke en bijgewerkte reportingtools ontwikkelen voor alle stakeholders; Indien van toepassing, een klein team van IT-technici coördineren, begeleiden en stimuleren; Leiding geven aan verschillende projecten die verband houden met de IT-dienst en toezicht houden op leveranciers bij de uitvoering van het gerelateerde bestek; Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor het opzetten van de governance, het aansturen en opleiden van de key-users die betrokken zijn bij je respectievelijke projecten...
