Daarom zoeken we een UX researcher die zich verdiept in gebruikersonderzoek, usability testing, UX/UI audits en journey mapping. Jouw inzichten helpen ons om digitale tools, communicatie en processen continu te optimaliseren.

Taakomschrijving

In deze rol werk je onder leiding van dedigital & UX strategisten samen met andere teams om UX research systematisch in onze organisatie te verankeren. Je onderzoekt niet alleenhoe we platformen en tools gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen maken, maardenkt ook structureel na over de beste methodes, tools en processenvoor UX research binnen Kom op tegen Kanker.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Je voertkwalitatief en kwantitatief onderzoekuit om gebruikersbehoeften en pijnpunten bloot te leggen.
  • Jeorganiseert en begeleidtusability testsop websites, klantenportalenen digitale tools.
  • Je voertUX/UI audits en benchmarkinguit om verbeterpunten te identificeren.
  • Je evalueert deinformatiearchitectuur en gebruikersflowsbinnen digitale platformen.
  • Je onderzoekt en implementeertde beste UX research tools en methodiekenvoor de organisatie.
  • Je brengtAS-IS en TO-BEuser flows, customer journeys en service blueprintsvan (digitale) ervaringen in kaart voor verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je werkt meeaan UX optimalisaties van digitale tools zoalswebsites, interne tools op het Salesforce platform en fondsenwervingsplatformen.
  • Jeondersteunt bij hetverbeteren van digitale processen voor de Kankerlijn, zorgvrijwilligers, online bestelflowsvan promotiemateriaal enabonnementsprocessen.
Continuous improvement & digitale innovatie:
  • Je draagt bij aanchangemanagement door gebruikersonderzoekte doen en verbeterpunten te signaleren bij de invoering van nieuwe en bestaande digitale tools.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende teams bij decontinue optimalisatie van digitale processen, met aandacht voor gebruiksvriendelijkheid,digitale inclusie en toegankelijkheid.
  • Je organiseertinterne kennisdelingsmomenten, zoals workshops en lunch & learns, om inzichten uit UX research te delen en een draagvlak te creëren voor verbeteringen.
  • Jeexperimenteert met AIen andere innovaties en toetst af hoe deze technologieën waarde kunnen toevoegen aan digitale oplossingen.
  • Je identificeerttrends en opportuniteiten in digitalisering en UX binnen de zorgsectoren formuleert aanbevelingenom hierop in te spelen.
Wie ben jij?
  • Je beschikt overminimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaringin UX research, usability testing, UX/UI audits en informatiearchitectuur, en werkt hierin zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit metgebruiksvriendelijkheid en UX best practices.
  • Je hebt eendatagedreven mindseten kan gebruikersgedrag omzetten in strategische aanbevelingen.
  • Je bent bedreven in hetfaciliteren van workshopsen deelt enthousiast je kennis over trends en UX/UI best practices.
  • Uitstekendestoryliningin PowerPoint behoren tot je sterke punten, waardoor jeovertuigende presentatiesaflevert.
  • Je werktgestructureerd en methodischen kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren.
  • Kennis vanSalesforce UX best practicesis een sterk pluspunt.
  • Je hebt eenpassie voor UXen de impact ervan op de samenleving. Ook technologie, data en AI zijn jouw ding.
  • Je toontinitiatief, durft collega's uit te dagen om te innoveren en te verbeteren, waardoor je iedereen naar een hoger niveau drijft en scherpe digitale oplossingen helpt neerzetten.
  • Jepresteert goed onder druken bent in staat om strakke deadlines te halen.
  • VloeiendNederlandsspreken en schrijven is een must.
