WiZiU is the Covivio group's hotel management platform. Our business is to manage hotels in France and Belgium, either directly or through franchise agreements with renowned operators such as Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott. WiZiU is involved in every stage of a hotel's management and operation. We firmly believe that aligning the interests of all stakeholders (staff, customers, operators, partners and owners) is the best way to create value.

WiZiU Belgium manages 13 hotels, expanding to 14, operating under 3 to 4 stars brands.

POSITION

As our General Manager , you will be the driving force behind our company's success, leading a dynamic team and overseeing daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, ensuring we meet our financial and operational goals while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Your mission is to optimize performance , enhance customer satisfaction , and drive growth . You will collaborate with department heads to align strategies, implement best practices, and ensure seamless operations across all functions.

PROFILE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations and drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
