Je hebt minimaal een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit op zak en hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-Pakket; ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een plus Je bent leergierig en bereid om onze processen eigen te maken Je hebt een gezonde dosis ambitie en de wil om de nodige verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen Je bent communicatief en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het nederlands, engels en frans en dit zowel schriftelijk als mondeling Je bent nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht Je bent analytisch ingesteld en legt de nodige verbanden Wat je bij ons doet Je start in een uitdagend ontwikkeltraject waarin je meerdere disciplines binnen Finances leert kennen. Concreet sta je in eerste instantie in voor volgende taken: Boekhouding Je werkt nauw samen met de externe boekhouder Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor vragen mbt facturen Je bereidt de jaarafsluiting en audit voor Je zorgt voor een correcte maand- en jaarafsluit Je staat in voor de verwerking van aankoopfacturen Je maakt de wekelijkse cashplanning op Je vraagt kredieten aan en volgt deze op Je bereidt diverse periodieke rapporteringen voor Je volgt de beurzen en dollarkoers op en staat in voor de wisselkoersrisicobeheersing Je staat in voor hedging van vreemde valuta Je bereidt de maandelijkse BTW – en intracommunautaire aangiftes voor Kortom je voert zelfstandig de boekhouding en neemt hiervoor de nodige verantwoordelijkheid. Opvolging van diverse verzekeringen Je staat samen met de interne controller in voor de opvolging van diverse verzekeringspolissen waarbij je steeds streeft naar het beste voorstel voor de organisatie Je dient verzekeringsdossiers in en volgt deze nauw op Personeelsadministratie Je bereidt de maandelijkse payroll voor Je volgt de verloven en ziektes op Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers omtrent payroll Je verzorgt het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers wat betreft payroll Werken bij Pittman Seafoods is fantastisch Als familiebedrijf vinden we de mens achter de collega zeer belangrijk.
