Om ons departement Finance & Procurement te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting Officer.

Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:

Ben jij nauwkeurig, analytisch en heb je een passie voor cijfers? Als Accounting Officer speel je een sleutelrol in onze financiële processen. Je verzamelt, controleert en verwerkt financiële gegevens om heldere en betrouwbare balansen en resultatenrekeningen op te stellen.
Met oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat onze boekhouding altijd voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast stel je maandelijks balansanalyses en reconciliaties op en ondersteun je bij externe audits. Je bent een onmisbare schakel in het tijdig en correct registreren van documentstromen volgens onze interne procedures.

  • Je verwerkt inkomende documenten zoals facturen, creditnota's en bankafschriften.
  • Je verzamelt gegevens van verschillende afdelingen en verwerkt deze in het ERP-systeem tijdens maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het voorbereiden van balansanalyses en reconciliaties, en je helpt bij de opvolging van aankooporders.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders: je beantwoordt vragen, analyseert issues en zorgt voor duidelijke oplossingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van externe audits en assisteert bij het boeken van provisies, vaste activa en andere financiële transacties.
  • Je helpt de boekhouding van dochtervennootschappen beheren, en naarmate je groeit in je rol, krijg je de kans om zelfstandig kleinere entiteiten binnen onze groep te beheren.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij ad-hoc projecten en taken, samen met de General Ledger Accountants en Senior Accountant.

Je takenpakket kan groeien afhankelijk van jouw maturiteit en leertraject. Bij ons krijg je volop kansen om je verder te ontwikkelen

Wat jou onderscheidt:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor in Boekhouding en Fiscaliteit op zak.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in accounting achter de rug of bent een gemotiveerde starter met een sterke leerdrive.
  • Je kent je weg in Belgische boekhouding (Belgian GAAP), BTW en fiscaliteit.
  • Ervaring met SAP S4/HANA is een plus.
  • Met tools zoals Outlook, Excel, Word en PowerPoint ben jij helemaal vertrouwd.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt goed samen en bouwt graag sterke werkrelaties op.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal én Engels.
