Functieomschrijving

Als Designer / Technisch Tekenaar P&M bij Talenco ontwerp en teken je volledige installaties en trajecten voor metingen, verbruikers en stuursystemen, gebaseerd op P&ID's, blockschema's en instrumentlijsten. Hierbij volg je nauwgezet de klantenspecificaties en wetgevingen die van toepassing zijn binnen jouw discipline.

Je ondersteunt en begeleidt tekenaars die jouw ontwerpen verder uitwerken tot constructiedossiers. Daarnaast ontwerp en formaliseer je producten door middel van schema's, detailplannen, sub-eenheden en specificaties, op basis van lastenboeken, basisschema's en technische gegevens. Daarnaast kan het coördineren van een project of team tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren.

Over Jou

Jij bent bevoegd om:

  • Onderhoud en wijzigingen uit te voeren aan mechanische installaties en instrumenten;
  • Storingen in installaties te lokaliseren en technische oplossingen en herstellingsvoorwaarden te bepalen;
  • Componenten van defecte systemen te identificeren, herstellen of vervangen;
  • De uitrusting van mechanische installaties of instrumenten te wijzigen of aan te passen volgens wettelijke of productievereisten;
  • Het automatiseringsprogramma in te voeren, te resetten of te wijzigen.

Jij bent in staat om:

  • P&ID's, loopdiagrams en hook-ups te lezen en te interpreteren;
  • Samen te werken met designers en engineers voor grotere projecten;
  • Specificaties van toestellen op te stellen, rekening houdend met omgevingsfactoren;
  • Hardware voor DCS-systemen te bepalen, I/O kaarten en interface modules te specificeren;
  • Resultaten van Exi- of kabelberekeningen te interpreteren en as-built-statussen op te maken;
  • Indienstname van instrumenten uit te voeren en storingen in draaiende procesinstallaties te verhelpen;
  • Kalibraties van instrumenten en druktesten op leidingen uit te voeren;
  • Elektrische kabels in o.m. elektrische borden, verdeeldozen en motoren te ontmantelen en aan te sluiten.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Expertise in M&R-technieken, regelkringen en metingen;
  • Basiskennis van MS Office en planningssoftware (SAP, MSP);
  • Een B-VCA-attest, en kennis van veiligheidsregels en VGMK-MS;
  • Technische en productkennis;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
